Title: canadian supplier?
Post by: the_kirkwood on December 02, 2019, 02:13:23 AM
New owner of a 1986 FJ1200

Could anybody advise of the best place to buy parts in Canada?

Thanks

The exchange really sucks, but the best place to buy parts is from RPM. Randy has the most knowledge and the best stock for parts for the FJ. Really hard to find some one here in Canada that will even work on these bikes. Welcome to the digital campfire, there is a wealth of knowledge here and all you have to do is ask. :good2:

I agree with RPM. if they were in... pick a country, I would still use them for sure. There knowledge and wiliness to help is worth any hassle they may arise. They ship all over the globe so they know what they are doing regarding shipping. I do not recall a time they did not answer the phone and questions or send my order the same day I ordered it.

Not to many options for any of us here in Canada. There used to a guy in Kamloops BC that was a real whiz at setting the carbs and valves on the FJ. I think he is now retired. Was even better at setting up the CBX 6 Honda. He had 4 of them. Where are you located?
