Melbourne Sunday Feb 14th - Ride For The Hills
« on: February 04, 2010, 08:02:47 AM »

Anyone in Melbourne looking for a group ride, Sunday February 14th - "Ride For The Hills". Organised to support bushfire victims after Black Saturday, this year focussing on the fundraising for the SES and CFA. (At least you know where the money will go....)

City (Pit Lane / Albert Park) to Whittlesea - Should be big, the FJ, myself and the "co-pilot" are booked in - if you want to have another FJ as a wingman, be glad to meet up somewhere beforehand.

Hi there Glen........ I was down your way last September......... heading home rode up the Spur and into Marysville etc.

This ride is a great idea........ would be great to join you but its a bit far for a day ride!

It seems well intended for sure Harvy - they have had a few issues - getting permits etc, red tape generally - but's it's all go now. Looking forward to it.
