Is anyone coming to Colorado, who still uses the cartridge oil filters? The reason I am asking is, there are two of them in my garage. Anyone still using them is welcome to them. Just message me back and I bring them to the rally.

Well, this really sucks to have to post this, but it looks like I will not be able to make it to Ouray after all.

Long story-short:
My co-worker and I have been given the news that the Fleet Boss is changing our schedule, and taking away our (4)-tens shift. He is putting us back on 5-day work schedule.
We have been in a battle over it for a few weeks, and have tried to fight it to no avail. I will be back on 5-day schedule starting May 8th.
What this means for me, is that I no longer have enough vacation time available in my time-bank to cover all of the trips that I have planned for the summer. This includes all of the 3-day camping trips, long weekends with the family, and various days that the kids are off from school.
I am now coming up 5 days short, and have to cut some of my plans.............I was really counting on those Fridays off.

Anyway, the timing on this really sucks and I wish there would have been a better outcome, but I'm stuck with it and have to move on.

I'm removing my name off of the attendance list...........
If anyone wants to lead the rides, you can contact me and I will review the best routes with you. There is a bunch of great roads in that area.
Or the folks who are going usually like to split off into their own little groups and head off where they may.

Also Randy (RPM) will need someone to take over handling the Rally shirts for the folks who would be picking them up at the Rally.

I should be removed from the list as well. Same story - family commitments and no accrued time off. Planning to make the Wisconsin rally, but that's only 3 hours away and by then I'll have the vacation time.

Nooooooooooo, major downer Alan and Rock, just where does this world of work get off messing with rally plans.
Even though I'm on the most likely list, it's pretty sure I'm going, so delivering a rally shirt parcel is something I can do. Additionally, I'll put my name in the hat for leading a ride or two if that's the way the rally works out.
Alan, feel free to email me the routes so I can print them out (no flashy GPS here) and pin them in my tank bag.

Just a reminder...

Several days ago I was talking to the lady at the Riverside Inn, and she commented that besides myself, she has only one other reservation.  She said that she has plenty of rooms and cabins available right now, but she expects to fill up fast.  Our rally coincides with the start of their busy season.  So if you are going and haven't made reservations yet, you should probably do that...

Good info Bill.

Seriously Guys, you don't want to miss this little town and all the great riding in the area!
Get your reservations in! You won't be disappointed!

I'm pissed about not being able to go..............I really am!

I was overwhelmed with the turnout from last year..........It was awesome!
This year looks to be about half the attendees, but you are a great group of guys........You will have a great time!

Andy, I will put together the best ride routes and e-mail them to you this week.
I will also post them up in the Rally thread for those that may break off on your own little groups.
Just be safe and always ride with a buddy!

If you guys make it to Crawford to have lunch at Skooterz-n-Shooterz, put another dollar up on the wall for me!

Alan, sorry to hear you won't be making it to the Colorado Rally.
For those of you who are on the fence about going, Ouray is truly one of the best places to ride in Colorado! Well worth the trip!

I would like to have the 2017 Rally shirt count ready before I head off from the WCR. I might be able to send them home with Alan or Ramos to save me the freight of shipping them.

Please add your name to this list below so I can get them ready.

Thanks guys, Randy - RPM
