For a stand alone Bluetooth FM unit, I would look on Amazon.

For a bit more than your stated budget, ($215.00) Sena has the Sena 10S helmet communicator. Through Bluetooth, it can connect to your smart phone and you can stream music that is downloaded to your phone. It does have FM radio capabilities. Also it is able to pair with other communicators that allows conversations between riders.

They use a clamp to mount to most helmets and come with speakers that easily fit in most ear pockets. A boom mic fits in the chin bar area.

I favor Bell helmets. My Qualifier DLX comes with a pre-molded cutout specifically designed for the use of the Sena SMH10 or the Sena 10S. The following photos are of two examples. The white/red helmet is the Qualifier DLX with the Sena 10s in the cut out. The red/black Qualifier has a Sena SMH10 attached with the helmet clamp. They work very well.

I still use a Sena SMH-5FM and commute daily. I pair it with my iPhone in the tank bag and stream everything from Youtube to DirecTV to it. Love it. Currently on RevZilla for $120

Phone calls are simple using Siri, and noise cannot be heard by those on the other end. It also has stand-alone FM radio.
