The taller box section of the FZ1 swinger vs brake line will change things..... Just be aware.
I've never liked how you guys run the brake line on the GSXR rim swap with the under slung caliper.

Speaking of rear GSXR rims, how does the center line of the back tire line up with the front?
Is there an offset?

I have actually done a true wheel alignment yet. It will be done before it hits the road. As it sits.... my calibrated eye ball shows the alignment is dead centered.

No offense to the guys who've done it, but I agree with Pat. To me it looks like an after thought.

Fred,
Did you consider using the hugger fender/chain guard with the FZ1 swingarm?

Pat Conlon

Yea, I was thinking the same thing David.

Pyramid Plastics (UK) makes some neat things for the Fazer.....

Looks like the listing for the FZ1 huggers are for the later model swing arms.

The swing arm mod is complete. New exhaust installed and all clearance issues resolved. I still need to verify how centered the rear wheel is.

Fred, where did you get the Gunfighter & Lady recovered?

A local upholstery shop. I had them cut the passenger section down a bit and square it a little. Removed some foam on the sides to narrow the seat up front.

I did an alignment check of the rear wheel. It is almost perfectly centered. 1/16 of an inch to the right

I used a center line and the string method.
