Finally someone has packaged the wrench sizes I always use on the FJ, in flex head ratchet style, without including any sizes I don't use. And only $30 Cdn. So, $6 per wrench and no waste. It's always been a disappointment to see the sets go on sale at the tool outlets but they include at the least a 11, 13 and 15 I'd dump in the bottom of the tool chest, and they often don't include an 8 mm. There are some 8 & 10 nuts I've had to wriggle in a wrench on my finger tips to get to them so a ratchet end is great. I stumbled over these at Royal Distributing in Guelph, ON.

Had to lay 'er down? If the side of your bike has better braking than your tires, might be time for some new rubber. 1984 FJ1100 - 2012 to present 1979 XS750 - 2005 to 2012

Good find on the wrenches. Don't throw away your 13mm wrenches just yet. I want to say the passenger foot peg nuts require a 13mm wrench. Fred

Also, don't know why, but as American autos go metric they seem to have a liking for 13 and 15 mm...

Also, don't know why, but as American autos go metric they seem to have a liking for 13 and 15 mm... I think they’ve simply gone to the next larger size from the existing 1/2 or 9/16. I think my Nissans use the 13 and 15 frequently too.

Thanks for the tip Charlie. Zipped off to Royal Distributing in Whitby today and got the last two sets. One for me and one for my brother and his KTM 690 Enduro.

Now to find a socket set that has only 10mm in 1/4 and 3/8 drive. But like 4 of each...
