You may have something there... Andy may look good in a skirt. We need you Steve.

Sorry for the long gap in posts...  took a while to get to Kent, then a while to get off my ass.  Here's the current tracker for Hayfork:

Kent and I are sharing this tracking document, so either of us can update.  He prefers deposits to be made directly to Bar 717 Ranch, preferably by check, and will update the document accordingly.  He also suggests we leave the detailed room/platform selections to them...  they know the best rooms/platforms and will optimize our placement relative to the dining hall.  We should specify preferences (like Ramos and ZOA sleeping together), then let Kent suggest the arrangements.

So next step is to get the deposits in by 3/1/19...  please send deposits to:

Bar 717 Ranch
Star Route Box 150,
Hyampom Rd,
Hayfork, CA 96041

I'll update status along the way and let everyone know when $1000 has been received by Kent and we're locked in.  Please send additional information to me on PM to clarify the (?) indicated above...  this stuff isn't critical, just get the deposits in as a priority.  Once we hit the deposit, the whole place is reserved for us and we can fix dates/accommodations/food and be pretty flexible on changes along the way.

Frank

PS - I'm using our FJ names for simplicity on tracking...  please reference your site name as listed above in the comments box of your check so Kent can track along easily.

No, just help me get it right in the table.  Once deposits are in and we're confirmed, Kent can take the table and make some trial arrangements complete with descriptions.  We'll likely communicate more privately on that part, but we'll get it all sorted by Go Time and still have room for surprise additions.

For now, please send Kent the deposit and PM me changes to the table...  I'll capture inputs (thanks to those that have already PM'd some changes) and try to get an updated table posted within a few days.

I was planning to ride out to the WCR. I just heard from The General (Doug McCarthy), And he is planning to attend. I will be trailering both of these FJ's to California.
