Well the 86 FJ is now at my place meeting it's new stablemates. The previous owner pulled it out of storage where it had sat for the last two years charged the battery up fired it up and rode it around the block. I drove up to the lake, bled the front brakes payed him and headed up to the summit to cross the mountains and get back down to Reno. It was running pretty groggy from the lake up to the summit, the elevation was high starting from 6500 ft at lake level to 9200 ft at the pass. I was dissapointed but by the time I got down the mountains it cleared up and started running strong like an FJ should. The bike has a weak starter switch, bad kickstand switch, squealing speedometer in cold weather a few dings and fender tab cracks and a bit of the from the bay area patina but overall it's in pretty good shape.

Very good Travis!  FJ's need to be ridden, for sure. Check the date code on the tires.

I would imagine that FJ should be very comfortable with it's stable mates.  You have officially entered the fleet status Travis.
