I know it's of more importance to just make all the guages the same,  but is this on the low side?

Tips for new FJ owners:
1) Don’t have an Owners Handbook? You need one: https://tinyurl.com/z4s6x
2) Replace your oem rubber brake lines. Do it now. They are long over due.
3) Safety wire the petcock elbow on the ‘84-‘87 FJ’s. Do it now. https://tinyurl.com/99zp8ufh
4) ATGATT: Skin grafts suck.
