I know this is an old thread but... it also states fuel level to be 2-4mm (1100). Is that the fuel level in the bowl with the carbs full of fuel installed on bike sitting on center stand? Measured from the gasket surface to the level on the clear tube connected to the drain?

I used this method of adjusting the float level works very good and you dont have to use the tool he uses in the video, works fine with the depth measurement on back side of a vernier caliper :  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bxx5Iw1xoVw

That's clever.  I like that.
Yea I did measure the float height. I just wanted to confirm where it was after installed.  I've been having issues with the main circuit.  I know the main pickup tube has small holes in it to atomize the fuel. If the level is too high it's gonna cover up the bottom holes... I would think anyway.
