Hello everyone. Wasn't sure where to post this.  It's been awhile since I've been on this group. I was wondering if anyone has a program for a 3D printer of the seal guard #36Y-22151-01-00 that they would be willing to share ?  Thanks for any help

I had the same idea originally when mine fell to pieces in my hands.
Honestly, IMO, looking at the part complexity, need of durability, and the operating environment of this part, I decided to just purchase one as it was way more cost effective. (The thought of making a mold came to mind also but again time vs money vs design time vs ease of printing vs printing material durability (abs, pla, carbon reinforced) vs mold materials, etc.)
I think the purchase price was a value considering. YMMV

For reference, I have been 3d printing and designing parts for over 10 years and even as a seasoned printer, I feel this was not really worth the effort.

I think there was another thread where FJMonkey was gonna do it but I never found a follow up to that thread. Maybe he will check in.

Best of luck.

The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

The Hot Foot Moto part is still on Andy's FJ.
I bought one of them and bits are missing and no slot for lower securing metal tab, so it's sitting in a box somewhere seeing it's unusable  :sorry:

Randy makes a newer one fit with some minor modifications.

Pretty much put it on mark the side holes on the swing arm, drill, install nut zerts, install bolts, & ride away.

Too easy,
Do the nut zerts come with it?

No, this is just the late model chain guide. If you need some I can get them for you just shoot me an email and I'll get you a cost. Any auto parts store should have them, though.
