Hi, everyone!

I just aqcuired an 89 fj1200 & plan to restore it to top running conditon, that is, as cashflow permits...

Looking forward to learning all I can here.

Heck, just bringing the bike home for the first time on the freeway, I had one person in the lane next to me smiling & pointing at my bike & doing the "money rub" w/ his fingers... I held up my new lic plate & said NO!!!!!!!!!  :good2:

Then at the gas station a young kid walked up & was amazed at the bike... then a few more walked up to it & I spent 20 mins or so just talking about it!! Keep in mind.. this was just on the way home, the fairing is broken & it STILL got all this attention!! I love it!!!
