Found out a friend of mine just bought one of these.  Can't wait to get a ride on it! 

It's the same guy that gave me a smoking deal on my FZ1.  Hopefully he'll get tired of it in a few months and let it go for a good price.  :-)

I offered to trade for a slightly used pristine FZ1, but he wasn't interested (crap!)  :-)

Friend of mine just bought one.  He had been riding an FJR for the past few years but now he is all about the Tenere.  I haven't gotten a ride on it yet, but it's coming!  Seems like a great bike.. everything you'd like about an R1200GS without all the BMW bugaboos.
